How do I cancel or change my order?

Can I keep my mobile number if I change networks?

Yan retain your mobile number. Simply request a PAC code from your current network by texting PAC to 65075, which you must then provide to your new network within a 30-day window.

Do I need to cancel my existing broadband contract to switch?

Broadband providers utilising the Openreach network, such as BT, Sky, NOW Broadband, Plusnet, typically handle the cancellation of your existing contract if you switch to their service. However, if you're transitioning to providers with their own network like Virgin Media, you might need to personally cancel your old contract.

Please contact the provider to initiate a cancellation request. Providers usually mandate at least 30 days' notice to terminate your contract. Therefore, it's advisable to schedule your new broadband service to commence at the conclusion of this 30-day period to avoid any overlap in costs.
